we did it...

We made an offer on the "fate house". Conditional on selling our house. Admittedly it scares the crap out of me... trying to get this house done and sold seems like a daunting task to say the least... by the first of September, no less, so we can be in the new house in time for Dylan to start school in the right school district.

Will it all work out? I have no idea, anyone want to buy a house?
